Q: Are the products genuine?
A: Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on this site are genuine and authentic.

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Our goal is to ship orders within 24 - 48 hours. Orders over weekend will ship out the following working day.

Q: How do you ship your products?
A: To prevent damage during shipping and delivery all orders are shipped bubble wrapped packages.

Q: Do you take refunds?
A: Yes. We will issue a refund only on unopened product in their original packaging returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The customer will pay return shipping. We will deduct any shipping fee associated with this product from the refund amount. 

Q: What if products are damaged during shipping?
A: We take full care to ensure that this does not happen but in the unfortunate situation that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, just return the item and if the claim is valid we will gladly replace the product and if the same product is no longer available we may provide a refund.
